XBOX Power/Eject Switch Circuit Board

This is the internal switch for the XBOX power/eject functions. It's the circuit board on the inside that controls the eject switch and the power switch. Usually if you can power your xbox on using the power switch, but eject does not do anything, this may need to be replaced. Likewise, if you can turn your xbox on using the eject button, but you need to unplug it to turn it off because the power button doesn't do anything, you may need to replace this switch.
