United States Shipping Information (includes HI, AK, GU, APO, AFO, FPO):

Note: Orders received by 2 pm, eastern time, are generally packaged and sent the same day. We offer a variety of shipping options to get your package to you as quickly as you may need! To guarantee Saturday delivery, please use either EXPRESS MAIL shipping options. If ordering on Thursday by noon, EXPRESS MAIL will ensure delivery on or before Saturday. Thanks!

Economy Shipping (+$3.95) -- Shipping via USPS either Parcel Post of Standard Mail.  Orders take 1 to 7 days, depending on how far from VA you are located.  This is through the Post Office.  PO BOXES are OK.

Standard Shipping (+$4.95) -- Shipping via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders take 1 to 4 days, depending on how far from VA you are located.  This is also through the Post Office.  PO BOXES are OK.

PRIORITY MAIL UPGRADE -- (+$7.95) -- This service generally provides delivery in 2-3 business days in most areas, however, this time is not guaranteed. During busy times of the year (such as holiday seasons) packages may take longer to arrive (up to 1-2 weeks). During the busier times of the year, if you need to ensure a package arrives by a certain date, please use one of our other shipping options available. Priority Mail is delivered 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).  This is through the Post Office.  PO BOXES are OK.

EXPRESS MAIL Upgrade -- (+19.95) -- Express Mail offers delivery in 1-2 days through the US Post Office. This service is guaranteed in 1 or 2 days, depending on your location and distance from our store (zip code 23455). The Post Office will guarantee delivery 6 days a week, making this the most cost effective overnight shipping available. (Please note that not all areas are available for overnight delivery with this option). In order to qualify for 1-2 day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 pm the day of shipment. This service is offered 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday).

UPS GROUND -- (+$8.95) -- This service offers delivery between 1 and 6 days, depending on your location and distance from our store (zip code 23455). This service is guaranteed to arrive within the designated timeframe. UPS makes deliveries with this service 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). If you are in MD, DE, or Eastern VA, UPS Ground is guaranteed Next Day.  This shipping option is not available to HI, AK, GU, APO, AFO, FPO.

UPS 2ND DAY AIR -- (+$18.95) UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery within 2 business days if an order is placed by 1 pm, eastern time, the day of shipment. Please note that deliveries with this service are only made Monday-Friday. For Example, Orders placed by noon on Thursday will arrive on Monday and orders placed by noon on Friday will arrive Tuesday if selecting this as your delivery method. Saturday delivery is not available at this time with UPS 2nd day delivery. This service is available for delivery 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). USPS Express Mail is an alternative to this service and offers Saturday delivery at no extra charge.  This shipping option is not available to HI, AK, GU, APO, AFO, FPO.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR -- (+$39.95) -- This service offers guaranteed next business day delivery on all orders placed by 1 pm eastern time. This service only guarantees delivery on business days and therefore, any orders placed by noon on Friday with this delivery option will arrive the following Monday.   UPS Next Day Air is offered 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).  This shipping option is not available to HI, AK, GU, APO, AFO, FPO.

Canadian Shipping Information & Options:

Economy Shipping : We use International First Class Mail through the Post Office for Economy or Standard shipping.  This option takes 10 to 14 days to arrive to the Canadian address.  We use US MAIL which hands the parcel over to Canadapost for delivery.  It is a little slower than UPS or FedEx but you will not be charged brokerage fees since customs paperwork is handled by the regular mail system.

Priority Mail to Canada (+$19.95):  Priority Mail is also through the post office.  This option takes takes 7 to 10 days to arrive to the Canadian address.

International Express Mail (+$35.00): Express Mail is also through the post office.  This option takes 5 to 7 days to arrive.

Due to high customs and broker fees (over $20 in addition to shipping costs), we do not use UPS or Fedex to ship to Canada.  If you have special needs or you are a company that prefers UPS shipping at your expense, please click the "Contact Us" link at the top of our website and let us know. 

Other International Shipping Information:

We ship to most countries around the world.  Some countries with high credit card fraud will require money transfer to complete transaction.  However, this is rare.  We ship to most countries and accept credit cards with no issue.  If there is an issue, you will receive an email from us promptly.
